                  Rusty Nail

Rusty Nail combines the smoothness

of blended Scotch with the herbal

sweetness of Drambuie.

Ingredients:

· 1½ oz Blended Scotch Whisky Tiger Lily

· ½ oz Drambuie

·Lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Pour the Tiger Lily and Drambuie

into a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stir gently until well chilled.

3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass

filled with ice.

4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

           Scotch Sour

A twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, 

using Blended Malt Scotch 

for a malt-forward flavor.

Ingredients:

· 1½ oz Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Tiger Lily

· ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

· ½ oz simple syrup

· ½ oz egg white (optional)

·Lemon twist (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Add the Tiger Lily, lemon juice,

simple syrup, and egg white (if using)

to a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake vigorously without ice to

emulsify the egg white.

3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

4. Strain into a coupe glass

and garnish with a lemon twist.

Appearance: A pale golden drink with

a frothy top, garnished with a twist of lemon peel.

          Godfather

A simple yet robust cocktail that combines

the smokiness of Blended Scotch Whisky

with the sweetness of amaretto.

Ingredients:

· 1½ oz Blended Scotch Whisky Tiger Lily

· ½ oz Amaretto liqueur

· Orange twist (for garnish)​

Instructions:

1. Pour the blended Scotch and amaretto

into a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stir gently until well-chilled.

3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass

filled with ice.

4. Garnish with an orange twist.

Appearance: A rich amber-colored drink

served over ice, garnished with a twist

of orange peel.

       The Tiger Lily Sour

A refreshing cocktail that combines

the herbal notes of Cointreau with the

depth of Tiger Lily Blended Malt Scotch.

Ingredients:

· 1 part Cointreau

· 2 parts Tiger Lily Blended Malt

Scotch Whisky

· 4 parts orange juice

Instructions:

1. Pour the Cointreau, Tiger Lily, and orange

 juice into a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stir gently until well-chilled.

3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with an orange slice.

Appearance: A vibrant orange drink served

over ice, garnished with a slice of orange.

             Rob Roy

Rob Roy is smooth and slightly sweet with

herbal depth.

Ingredients:

· 2 oz Tiger Lily Blended Scotch Whisky

· ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth.

· 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

· Cherry (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Stir until chilled and well mixed.

3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

4. Garnish with a cherry.

Appearance: Deep amber with a ruby tint,

served up and garnished with a glossy

maraschino cherry.

       Blood and Sand

This cocktail are citrus and cherry flavors with maltiness.

Ingredients:

· ¾ oz Tiger Lily Blended Scotch Whisky

¾ oz Sweet Vermouth

¾ oz Cherry Heering (or cherry liqueur)

¾ oz Orange juice.

· Orange peel (for garnish).

Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

2. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a flamed or expressed orange peel.

Appearance: A reddish-orange hue, smooth and bright in a coupe glass with an orange zest garnish.
